As a **Customer Service Representative** your role will be vital in ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Accurately inputting customer information, inquiries, and service requests into our customer service software for future follow-up and tracking.
- Contacting clients after service to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and gathering feedback to continuously improve our services.
- Schedule appliance service for customers and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Respond with empathy and professionalism to a variety of appliance service inquiries.
- **Must be available to work on Saturdays**.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with the intake methods of major appliance brands to efficiently book and coordinate customer service requests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
