WHO WE ARE

London Born Wines is a family run winery located in beautiful Vineland, just a short 30-minute drive from Niagara Falls. We focus on producing terroir driven small batches of Niagara's best grown varietals in addition to more unique varietals, and pride ourselves on offering a relaxed, engaging and professional experience to each and every one of our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting all guests upon arrival in a courteous manner
- Providing indoor and outdoor tasting experiences to guests which may include light food service
- Educating customers on our portfolio of wines and winery
- Promoting wine club memberships in a friendly, approachable and professional manner both in person and over the phone when necessary

▪ Processing sales, restocking shelves, polishing glassware, and maintaining cleanliness of the tasting room and all public areas throughout the day

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Exemplary customer service skills

▪ Smart Serve

▪ Weekend and holiday availability. Evening availability

▪ Must be 19+ and be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs

▪ Able to work outside and stand for extended periods

▪ Able to work well as a team, multi-task, and adapt to ever-changing situations while continuing to provide excellent customer service

▪ Serving and/or wine industry experience a valued asset but not required. Willing to train if you have the desire to learn

How To Apply

*PLEASE NOTE* - This is a seasonal position running from June through October, 2025. Our hours are from 1 P.M - 8 P.M, and so shifts will often end at 8 P.M. An earlier May start date is a possibility.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
