Do you have a background in heavylift and transport? Are you an inspiring communicator and facilitator, who is confident on their feet in front of a group? Can you competently demonstrate tasks and skills to others, in practical settings, classrooms and online? If so, this could be just what you are looking for.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Conduct technical training including but not limited to Forklift, Telehandler, Aerial Work Platform, Overhead Cranes, Fall Protection, Basic Rigging, Cargo Securement and Manual Handling when required (as scheduled by Regional Coordinator).
- Facilitate site specific training as per client requirement
- Work with internal team to conduct informal/formal training needs assesments, identify training gaps and drive improvements to training curriculum and/or delivery
- Faciliate operational leadership program and safety culture indoctrination
- Coach and provide guidance on training evaluations for continued improvement
- Conduct end course theoretical and practical evaluations as required by Mammoet Standard.
- Maintain course content with assistance from other departments where applicable.
- Assist Regional Academy Coordinator to produce, organize and maintain training documents.
- Record daily attendance and progress in training courses and report to Academy Coordinator.
- Guide, motivate and support employees including supervisors and trainers.
- Create an atmosphere where people are satisfied with their work in line with our corporate values

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- 8+ years experience in HeavyLift or Heavy Haul
- 3-5 years of field supervisory experience skills or equivalent experience
- Train the trainer certificates or equivilent
- Experience with audio and video technology
- Expert in training course topic(s)
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Ideally multilingual - French, Portuguese, Spanish
- Proficient in MS Office Products
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple small to medium scale training projects from initiation to delivery
- Ability to travel 20% between our Alberta and Toronto offices, while also visiting branches in the AMER region to facilitate training.
