**You are someone who is**:

- You are an enthusiastic individual, with positive attitude and a great sense of humor and 2+ years of experience using Quickbooks Online.
- Technology should excite you - if it doesn’t, then we may not be the right place for you to join.
- QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping to trial balance, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and journal entries, cheque runs and account analysis;
- Preparation of payroll, remittances, account audits;
- Preparation of year-end files for accountants;
- Preparation of T4, T5, HST and WSIB;
- Perform accurate and timely financial reports using QuickBooks;
- QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor - provide setup and training
- Communicate effectively with clients in writing, over the phone and in person;
- Communicate with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) on behalf of the customers

**Some must-haves**
- Lives in Canada
- Post-secondary education in Bookkeeping or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Working knowledge in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop
- Desire to learn, develop and improve
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing and task management skills
- French is an asset

Preference will be given to those with QuickBooks Online certifications or experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $51,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
