Administrative Assistant/receptionist

As an integral member of our team, the Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, managing schedules, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
**Data Entry and Record-Keeping**: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems. Organize and manage records to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
**Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Ensure all necessary resources are available for successful meetings.
**Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to team members, including handling paperwork, filing, and assisting with various projects as needed.
**Problem Solving**: Address and resolve administrative issues as they arise, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions.
Assist other accounting staff and administration tasks as requested.
**Education Requirement**: Post Secondary and above in Business field.
**Work Hour**: 7:30 am - 4 pm
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary based on experience & working knowledge.
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
