UCSH is looking for a full time **Inventory Control Coordinator** position. This is an on-site position in our Scarborough location.
**WHAT’S THE JOB ABOUT?**
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Inventory Control Coordinator position is responsible for all inventory controls and maintain accuracy of non stock products.
Some of the work you will do, but not limited to:
- Work closely with Project Management department and Hardware department to communicate the status of non stock products
- Manage and lead on cycle count and reconcile discrepancies
- Update and maintain inventory records to share with stakeholders
- Price hardware into non stock inventory
- Verify the quality of stock and identify the conditions of stock to be sold
- Other duties as assigned
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE LIKE YOU WHO HAS**:
- Minimum high school diploma or 1 - 2 years of experience working in a inventory control position
- Experience working in the warehouse setting environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, especially in excel
- Experience in driving forklift
- Proficient working experience with Adobe
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic mathematical skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
