We are a busy transportation company looking for a permanent Warehouse Team Leader. This opportunity offers benefits, training and profit sharing.

Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 6:00pm or 6:30 pm if the warehouse finishes late.

No weekends.

Weekly bonus - extremely easy to achieve.

**Plus - Profit Sharing after one year.**

Reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months for the first year. Opportunity for wage increases at each review.

Steinman Transportation is committed to the continuous improvement and optimization of its services to its employees, partners and customers. Team Leaders and Lead Hands are key employees who help with the seamless running of our transportation services.

The right person will have:

- Leadership and be able to motivate a 7 person crew.
- A sense of responsibility, communicating to load planners and customer service to exceed our customers expectations.
- Good stress management - work under pressure and be at the heart of the action.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of trailers, ensure the efficiency of the team and enforce safety measures at work.
- Assist in loading if needed
- Train new warehouse associates on the proper method to unload and load trailers.
- Be resourceful - respond quickly to requests for changes and unforeseen events.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse position
- Current occupational health and safety regulation certificates
- The ability to express yourself in English.
- Pervious Lead Hand role is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
