**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Simplifying complex data into easy-to-understand, goal-oriented reports for stakeholders.

- Using data analysis to support business growth initiatives and strategies.
- Conducting thorough analysis and interpretation of data sets to extract meaningful insights.
- Presenting insights derived from data analysis to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Identifying areas where processes or strategies can be optimized or enhanced based on data findings.
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
- Measure ROI of online advertising campaigns
- Report on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Collaborate within a cohesive team (including Strategist, Project Management, etc.) to analyze client objectives, evaluate potential options, offer recommendations, and formulate solutions.
- Undertake additional projects, assignments, and tasks as assigned.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a data analyst in marketing automation and/or sales automation or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2-3 years relevant experience with a MA platform (preferability Eloqua)
- Experience in analyzing data using various analytical techniques and tools to derive meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of database languages such as SQL, R, or Python; spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; and data visualization software such as Tableau, PowerBI or Qlik. Mathematical and statistical skills are also valuable to help gather, measure, organize, and analyze data.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing, to various stakeholders.
- Experience in creating goal-oriented reports that effectively communicate insights and drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to innovation efforts through data analysis and insight generation.
- Understanding of business processes and objectives, and the ability to align data analysis efforts with organizational goals.
- Capacity to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements based on data analysis and insights.
- Familiarity with key phases within the B2Bproject lifecycle and the ability to participate effectively in these phases.
- Experience in a B2B environment
**EDUCATION**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent training/ experience
- MA and/or CRM certification (considered an asset)
**SKILLS, COMPETENCES & BEHAVIOURS**:
- Strong mathematical & numeracy skills.
- Strong understanding of databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
- Understanding of reporting & data visualization tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI and Tableau.
- Understanding of website scripts such as XML, JavaScript, JSON.
- Digital marketing analytics tools including Google 360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Marketing Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Presentation skills - ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
