Mister John Auto Collision Ltd. has an immediate opening for a full-time Automotive Parts Manager to join our busy team. We are looking for a reliable, friendly and committed team player who has a passion for organization and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Accountabilities:

- Tracking, receiving, distributing, inventory control;
- Working closely with Collision Repair Managers to ensure RO parts are ordered, received and tagged as per department processes;
- Unpack and examine incoming part orders for quality and quantity;
- Accurately identify and label parts to RO number;
- Accurately track parts delays and backorders;
- Return parts for credit and ensure receipt of credit;
- Stock parts and maintain parts organized;
- Maintain vendor relationships, discounts and rapport;
- Coordinate sublets;
- Shop supplies inventory and purchasing;
- Small tools inventory;
- Liase and oversee uniforms, waste management and courier scheduling;
Qualifications:

- 1-2+ years’ experience in a automotive parts department;
- Highly organized, meticulous and detail-oriented;
- Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment;
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs;
- Self-starter with a focus on team work;
- Strong command of English language;
- Effective listening and written proficiencies;
- Computer proficient;
- Valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license and clean drivers' abstract;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
