**Role Overview**

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth through **lead follow-ups, in-home consultations, and project quotations**. You’ll work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, showcase our solutions, and guide them through the sales process with warmth and professionalism.

This is a great role for someone with **a passion for design, home improvement, and customer relationships** — and who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **in-home consultations** with qualified leads to understand client goals and present tailored kitchen solutions.
- **Follow up on inbound leads** and nurture customer relationships through to project close.
- Prepare and deliver **accurate quotes and proposals** that align with customer budgets and design preferences.
- Collaborate with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale.
- Track sales activities and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our services, finishes, materials, and pricing.
- Attend periodic team meetings, trade shows, or marketing events as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **sales, or home improvement consulting**. (cabinetry/renovation/doors/windows/flooring).
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** — able to build trust quickly.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with **KPIs and targets**.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, Google Workspace, etc.).
- A keen eye for design and aesthetics is a strong asset.

**Nice to have**: direct cabinetry/refacing/refinishing experience, measuring/drawing literacy.
