**Receptionist, Customer Service Coordinator**

**Job Duties Include but are not limited to**:

- Welcoming all visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries in a professional and timely and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and determines purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Take and deliver messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable, enters the correct data into the computer while on the phone.
- Maintain an accurate telephone call log.
- Receive, sort and route mail and courier packages. Prepare outgoing packages.
- Maintain office equipment, copier machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.
- Create and print memos, reports and other various documents. Performs clerical duties such as filing and photocopying, accurate data entry.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and show room area. Ensuring showroom is tidy and clutter free.
- Take payments in a professional manner both in person and over the telephone.
- Ensure all appropriate paperwork is complete prior to customer leaving the office.
- Ensure all office and reception duties are complete before departure for the day.
- Day end duties which include cashing out and balancing money collected for the day, writing up cash/cheque deposit and delivering bank deposit to bank immediately upon leaving the office.
- Responsible for correctly filing various paperwork and documents both physical copies as well scanned copies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
