**_ Job Summary: Pricing Coordinator_**:

- As the _**_Pricing Coordinator_**_, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate propane pricing and coordinating updates with our Operations and Sales teams. Your work will ensure our pricing strategies align seamlessly with the field's needs, supporting our ongoing growth and customer satisfaction. You will also support the branch with various administrative and customer service duties as required._

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**:

- _ Accurately enter pricing components from various sources into Cue, ensuring precision across all data inputs._
- _ Prepare and distribute national daily base and posted pricing for field teams._
- _ Create and validate uploads for freight and additional pricing modifiers, ensuring accuracy._
- _ Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales to resolve pricing issues and maintain consistency._
- _ Proactively identify pricing discrepancies or setups outside standard structures, addressing them promptly._
- _ Upload and validate Commercial and Residential Fixed Pricing._
- _ Manage and coordinate special projects and complex tasks with the Pricing team, Operations, and Sales._
- _ Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders._
- _ Provide administrative support to the Branch_
- _ Handle customer requests_

**_ Qualifications and Skills:_**:

- _ Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, enabling data-driven decisions._
- _ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly intermediate to advanced _**_Excel_**_ skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, and other logic-based formulas)._
- _ Experience with _**_Power BI_**_ reporting and _**_Power Apps_**_ is a strong asset._
- _ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges._
- _ Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral._
- _ Bilingual in English and French_
- _ Knowledge of the fuel or energy industry is an asset but not required._nmcauoBYdV
