Located in Mississauga Ontario, we’re a supplier of laboratory and industrial chemicals for various industries from food and beverage, cosmetics, plating and more. Now, we’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to uphold these expectations and continue to provide the excellent service that we’re known for.

**Customer Service Representative**

This position’s main goal is to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by supporting, researching, and providing resolutions for their needs.

You will be one of the front-line contact personnel for incoming calls and inquiries from clients across Canada. Working closely with our office manager, you’ll use your knowledge of our product line to:

- Prepare quotes and perform limited telemarketing
- Take, process, and enter order information into our in-house system.
- Research and provide resolutions for customers through follow-ups
- Perform other duties as assigned

- **Organized** - able to demonstrate effective time management while prioritizing tasks in a systematic manner.

**Working at Alphachem**

This is a full-time, permanent position, based out of our Mississauga office. You’ll be working Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5:00pm. In addition to a competitive salary between $45,000 - $50,000 per year (commensurate with experience), you’ll also receive vacation, profit sharing and personal days, medical and dental plan.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service role
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Basic math skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education and work experience in a related field is an asset
