**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**
- Assist the Design Lead with document preparation, organizing client selections, filing, and other assigned tasks.
- Support the Financial Lead with clerical tasks such as filing, receipt reconciliation, general organizing, and other assigned duties.
- Operate printers/scanners to create, copy, and digitize documents as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as directed.
- Support project coordination by communicating with team members and others when necessary.

**Office Management**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and service needs.
- Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with office team members to execute tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and clients.
- Accept feedback constructively and implement improvements.
- Collaborate positively in a team-oriented construction environment.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
- Respect and follow directions provided by supervisors.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with technology and systems for tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and communication.
- Strong knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Express.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of financial and sales processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management or construction management software is an advantage (we use CoConstruct).
