**Position Summary**:
As an **Entry-Level Medical Billing Agent,** you will be responsible for organizing and processing billing information, accurately entering OHIP and third-party claims, and submitting all necessary documentation for payment. You’ll also assist senior team members with various tasks and help resolve billing discrepancies by communicating with the Ministry of Health.

**Responsibilities**:
As an **Entry-level medical Billing Agent**on our team, you will:
- Organize and print billing information uploaded in EMRs for processing
- Accurately input OHIP and third-party claims daily, including submissions within EMR's.
- Ensure all necessary information and documentation are submitted for timely payments
- Communicate with the Ministry of Health to resolve billing discrepancies and errors
- Prepare and reconcile third-party claims to ensure accuracy
- Provide support to senior team members as needed
- Perform other tasks as required to ensure smooth billing operations
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in medical billing and working with EMRs is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and manage workload independently
- Interest in being part of a growing and dynamic team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of OHIP Schedule of Benefits would be an asset
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology is an asset
