Our client, located in Montreal, requires the services of a change management advisor for projects associated with the evolution of business processes, operational risks, and regulatory issues. These projects have an impact on managers, employees, and the distribution network in various sectors of the organization. The return on the benefits of these projects requires upstream ownership and buy-in of the staff to these solutions.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all change management activities;
- Document the human impacts according to the various analysis axes (tools, processes, business, etc.) and identify the issues and priorities;
- Define the change management plan, including communications, training and support materials to ensure a smooth transition to the new operational environment;
- Define the change management efforts required to ensure a quality transition for all impacted areas;
- Work closely with project members to identify opportunities to improve the user experience in the face of proposed changes;
- Plan, organize, and monitor the progress of change management activities;
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, and other activities where the presence of the change management consultant is required;
- Identify and manage change management risks and issues and ensure ownership with project governance.

**Analysis Responsibilities**:

- Properly identify the scope of change management on the project/program;
- Identify stakeholders;
- Carry out the analysis of the change management impacts;
- Offer appropriate support to project promoters.

**Design Responsibilities**:

- Design the change management strategy;
- Build the integrated change management plan, including, where necessary, the communication and training plan aligned to the change management framework;
- Identify the risks and issues associated with change management and propose actions to address them.

**Implementation Responsibilities**:

- Carry out and/or coordinate the execution of the above plans in an Agile or traditional project context (waterfall mode);
- Report progress to project activity coordination and change management management;
- Identify and track indicators to measure the success of change management on assigned projects/programs.LI-Hybrid

Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- Demonstrated experience in change management in large-scale projects;
- Experience in change management in organizational transformation initiatives;
- Knowledge of methodologies and best practices in change management (Prosci Certification);
- Knowledge of Agile mode in a project context (an asset);
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
