Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area
- Ability to do handy work an asset.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a bar back in a hospitality or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Ontario smart serve is a must.
- Ability to commute to and from work and at hour is a must.

Expected hours: 8 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
