**Overview**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you play a pivotal role in creating a positive first impression for our clients. Your responsibilities include:
**Duties**:

- Managing phone systems and directing calls efficiently.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Utilizing computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Maintaining an organized reception area and managing incoming inquiries.
- Handling customer support inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Completing daily reports as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in office software and ability to quickly learn new computerized systems.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities and a warm, client-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- **Required Experience**: Previous experience in an office or customer service role.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: $20 per hour, with an additional shift premium for early opening shifts.

- **Location**: In-person at Fitness Connection - Richmond Hill.
