That's a big reason why we are growing six times faster than our competitors and why we have an immediate need to hire a local canvasser to set more appointments for the company. We are looking for hard-working, service-minded individuals who love to have fun.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated, an independent worker, a great communicator, highly organized, and a great team player. We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work hard, including evenings and weekends, and who can take no for an answer from customers. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
**Canvasser Key Responsibilities**:
- Work close with the owner to canvass specific neighbourhoods over a specific time-frame
- Outgoing individual, great communicator and great ability talking to people
- Work well alone, with potential growth to lead a canvassing team down the line
- Create and work on a pitch with the owner, to maximize appointment leads
- Follow our policies and protocols with customers and staff
- Introduce the company to potential customers and sell the value of the company
- Coordinate appointment times and communicate with office manager to set the appointments
- Ability to walk for multiple hours a day outside
- Be able to engage with the community and push our local business feel to them
- Be open to being told no and moving on to the next door
**Pay**: We will be paying you $75 per appointment scheduled at the door, with the sales associate successfully getting into the customers home for a first appointment. (We offer free quotes/appointments for customers)
