It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking a **Logistics and Export Supervisor** to join our growing team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods.
- Work with warehouse operators, and other partners to optimize logistics processes.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery times, and efficiency.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics and export.
- Supervise, coach, and train the logistics team.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
- Analyze data to assess performance, discover logístical problems, and devise plans for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a logistics supervisor or relevant position.
- Strong working knowledge of logistics and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and manage staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bilingual (French and English)
