**We are currently looking for a BSO Human Resources Manager to join our growing and dynamic team**

**Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Responsible for monitoring vacant positions and initiating the recruitment process within collective agreements and organizational policy
- Provides quarterly reports as required for the HNHB LHIN on staffing patterns, turnovers and vacancies
- Manages required documentation for on-boarding new staff, staff changes and leaves of absences through finance
- Inputs staffing hours and shift premiums into the SSC system
- Tracks vacation, PLOA, MLOA, sick days and bereavement according to organizations practices and for attendance management purposes
- Ensures BSO Management Team follows required practices for the investigation, documentation and processing of all employee incidents
- Responsible for maintenance and security of all personal files of all BSO employees and tracks staff professional designations
- Provides regular reports and agenda items covering HR issues at each Management staff meeting
- Educates BSO Management and front line BSO staff on any new policies and practices related to HR at regional staff meetings

**Skills and Experience**:

- Current certification In Human Resources at a College Level or Higher is required
- CHRP designation as asset
- At least three years’ experience in Human Resources, Health Care setting preferred
- Previous experience in Supervision, Management, disciplines, scheduling, and public relations preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Ability to adapt positively and respectfully to changes in work environment and work location
- Valid Drivers’ License and reliable vehicle with one million liability required
