Leading private medical company in the West Island is looking for a driven:
**Main responsibilities: Medical Records Data Entry Clerk and Receptionist**
- Reception and call management (incoming and outgoing calls)
- Scheduling (managing five family doctors, specialists, nursing and support staff)
- Data Entry scanning for our Electronic medical records EMR
- Faxing RX and medical documentation to specialists
- Daily chart prep for doctors
- Prepare all documents for scanning ensuring staples and clips are removed and pages are oriented correctly and organized for efficiency.
- Scan medical correspondence and allocate to appropriate patient record
- Ensure quality control i.e., correct patient name, date of encounter, document quality and imaging.
- Ensuring all work is accurate in terms of format, spelling, and grammar allocated to the correct chart.
- Excellent customer service skills when responding to the needs of our clients

**Qualifications for Medical Records Data Entry Clerk / Receptionist**
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in both Reception and Data Entry
- Excellent command of the English and French language, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact while always respecting patient confidentiality
- Punctual self-starter who demonstrates attention to detail, a high level of accountability and sound judgement
- Exhibits strong work ethic and takes ownership to complete a task from start to finish
- Works well under pressure and demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing time sensitive tasks
- Demonstrates strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Exposure to patient OMNIMED would be ideal
