**Description**:
- Duration: Temporary mandate.
Bilingualism: *French, mandatory. English is an asset.
Hourly rate for intermediate level business analyst
Remote Work: Remote. Attendance 1 time per week at the Downtown Montreal office.
Description:
Contribute to and/or lead a team in the delivery of business initiatives
Determine business needs, manage impacts on operations and participate in recommending the most optimal solutions.
Challenge current operating procedures and business rules.
Manage stakeholders and work to bring together different interests.
Raise the results, issues, and risks.
Work with the Agile Mindset in the delivery team.
Conduct business analysis to support solutions by documenting requirements in business specifications for solution designers and developers.
Understand business issues, identify stakeholder needs, propose and implement strategies and solutions, taking into account the varied nature of the issues to support project delivery.
Participate in the delivery of solutions that adequately address business needs and fit the target architecture.
Participate in the completion of various analyses (context, issues, impacts, functional, non-functional and informational, processes, business rules) to produce a diagnosis of the gaps between the current situation and the target situation.
Participate in sound end-to-end change management.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a related business field and three years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years experience in business analysis
Knowledge of insurance (asset)
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodology
Experience in business process management
Experience in change management
Strong strategic thinking skills, strong vision, excellent analytical and synthesis skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and facilitate decision making
Ability to facilitate business elicitation workshops
