Administrative Assistant/receptionist

**Responsabilités principales**:Assistant(e) administratif(ve) et de réception**
- Réception au bureau
- Gestion des appels
- Gestion des horaires (gestion de 5 médecins de famille, les infirmiers et du personnel auxiliaires)
- Facturation (laboratoires, vaccins, factures des clients, etc.)
- Tâches de bureau générales comprenant, sans s'y limiter, le classement, la télécopie, le suivi, la gestion et la réception de la documentation relative au dossier d'un patient.
- Préparation quotidienne des dossiers pour les médecins
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle lorsqu'il s'agit de répondre aux besoins de nos clients.
**Qualifications - Assistant(e) administratif(ve)**
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement en constante évolution, avec un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Image professionnelle
- Capacité à gérer des situations délicates avec tact tout en respectant la confidentialité des patients à tout moment.
- Être autonome et faire preuve d'un grand souci du détail, d'un haut niveau de responsabilité et d'un jugement sûr.
- Démontrer une forte éthique de travail et s'approprier une tâche du début à la fin.
- Travaille bien sous pression et fait preuve d'un sens de l'urgence dans l'accomplissement de tâches sensibles au facteur temps
- Faire preuve d'une forte capacité d'organisation, de multitâche et de résolution de problèmes.
- Une expérience des bases de données de patients Progident / CTRL et/ou des logiciels de planification serait idéale.

**Main responsibilities: Reception & Administrative Assistant**
- Front desk reception
- Call management (incoming and outgoing calls)
- Scheduling (managing five family doctors, specialists, nursing and support staff)
- Billing (labs, vaccines, client invoices etc.)
- General office duties to include but are not limited to; filling, faxing, tracking, managing and receiving documentation related to a patients file
- Daily chart prep for doctors
- Excellent customer service skills when responding to the needs of our clients
**Qualifications-Administrative assistant**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, providing a high degree of customer service
- Excellent command of the English and French language, both verbal and written
- Exhibits a professional image
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact while respecting patient confidentiality at all times
- Self-starter who demonstrates attention to detail, a high level of accountability and sound judgement
- Exhibits strong work ethic and takes ownership to complete a task from start to finish
- Works well under pressure and demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing time sensitive tasks
- Demonstrates strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Exposure to patient Progident / CTRL databases and/or scheduling software would be ideal
