We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate accounts payable records and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.

- Process supplier invoices and payment information accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support smooth operations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong ethical principles and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional, courteous demeanor with a sense of urgency when required
