**Quality Control Technician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and improve current paperwork, logging, inventory, and quality control processes at the e-coating line.
- Find areas for improvement and create plans to fix issues.
- Ensure accurate recording of e-coating processes, batch records, inspection reports, and inventory transactions.
- Set up and maintain a good inventory system to track raw materials, products in progress, and finished goods.
- Improve tracking of product movements, material use, and process details throughout the e-coating line.
- Work with production teams to create clear work instructions, checklists, and quality control points.
- Train and support production staff on documentation, inventory management, and quality control.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure quality standards, regulations, and company policies are met.
- Investigate and solve quality issues and inventory problems.
- Join teams focused on improving operations, cutting costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Follow guidelines from the QA Manager.
- Take direction from both the QA Manager and the Production Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Quick learner and adaptable.
- Basic understanding of paint quality.
- Leadership skills to guide production staff.
- Experience in quality control, inventory management, or related fields in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and process improvements.
- Knowledge of quality systems, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with e-coating processes is a plus.
- Fluent in English (required).
- Fluent in Vietnamese (preferred).

**Compensation**
- $21/hour
- Pay commensurate to experience

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
