Canada's largest family owned moving company is looking for someone who is organized and able to react to change easily in a fast paced environment to Supervise for us at our Thunder Bay location. The Supervisor would be responsible for organizing and scheduling crews to load and deliver customers goods. They would need to be able to communicate with drivers, crews, sales and management at any point and work with others to problem solve when needed. In addition, there is an administrative part to this role that requires strong computer and organizational skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum High School Diploma
- Forklift License or Working Towards
- Operational Management or Supervisory Experience in Similar Companies
- Logistics, home services, businesses with multiple crew members

**Job Duties**:

- Prepare schedules and service deliveries for moving crews
- Manage shipments that are coming into and leaving the warehouse
- Participate in operation meetings
- Participate in health and safety and record keeping
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedules
- Receive and process warehouse stock products
- Perform inventory scanning
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and Cooperate in a team setting.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
