**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Manage inventory and minimizing waste.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Assist in serving meals during peak hours to ensure timely service.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and meal presentation.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred; kitchen experience is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
