POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Culinary background, with experience as a line cook.
- Developed knowledge of food and kitchen etiquette.
- Excellent cooking skills with the ability to consistently produce dishes to Chef's standards.
- Experienced in kitchen procedures
- Food safety & sanitation knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety standards
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedure
