**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement project portfolio focused on enhancing and optimizing our end-to-end processes.
- Work cross functionally, harnessing your continuous improvement expertise to provide effective project leadership that ultimately leads to successful continuous improvement outcomes.
- Lead the Lean improvement journey, championing and facilitating the utilization of tools and techniques such as Kaizens, 5S, and Kanban, while developing stakeholders understanding of Lean concepts.
- Set up and monitor key metrics to gauge the advantages gained from improvement initiatives, providing data analytics to reinforce the prioritization of organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance and manufacturing lead time variations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Effectively oversee and maintain project documentation, encompassing charters, budgets, plans, and requirements.

**You have**:

- Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, including managing projects and driving measurable improvements in processes, efficiency, and quality (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Solid understanding of business operations, including processes, metrics, and financial implications; ability to align continuous improvement efforts with overall organizational goals and strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical analysis, trend and pattern identification; skilled in problem-solving methodologies to pinpoint root causes and implement impactful solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience in successfully managing multiple continuous improvement projects and teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
