You’ll work closely with field teams to ensure compliance, strengthen safety culture, and deliver practical, value-added safety solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site safety compliance, training, and daily inspections. Support incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are shared. Oversee contractor orientations, evaluations, and audits. Track and analyze safety performance to support continuous improvement. Promote a proactive, collaborative safety culture across all operations. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in construction or industrial safety. CRSP, NCSO, or similar certification preferred. Strong knowledge of safety systems, claims management, and compliance. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
