Duties
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with their inquiries and concerns
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor bar inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Requirements
- Previous experience in Hospitality management is preferred
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage store expenses and maximize profitability
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales goals
- Experience creating schedules for staff
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- Be available days/nights and weekends when needed
- Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards achieving store goals
