Automotive Service Technician  Kieswetter Mazda is looking to add to our growing service department. As southwest Ontario's largest Mazda dealer, our shop is always busy. Join our team as our newest Automotive Service Technician. What We Offer: One of the top performing and established Mazda dealers in Canada Company pension plan with employer RRSP match Extended health benefits Competitive wages with paid time for training Long-term service manager with 20+ years experience Family-owned business with positive work environment Mazda factory and in-house training provided - TRAINING IS PAID Qualifications: Registered 310S technician or 3rd/4th year apprentice Must hold a valid Ontario Driver's License Detail oriented, and problem-solving skills Punctual and reliable Strong communication skills and computer literacy Responsibilities: Complete repairs and services as per assigned repair orders, using hand tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment Road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems using diagnostic tools Review work orders and discuss worth with service advisors Provide repair and servicing recommendations to service advisors and discuss parts availability with parts department Utilize computer to punch on and off jobs and document repair progress and diagnoses Stay up-to-date on factory training, recall notices, service actions and other manufacturer requirements Wages and Hours: Flat rate hourly pay, negotiable based on experience Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5:30pm Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Half-day Saturday shifts during spring / fall tire season (4-8 per year) If you want to be part of a long-term, experienced, top performing dealership, please consider joining the Kieswetter Mazda Service team
