**Position Summary**

**Specific Accountabilities**

Application Support

Application Training

Project Coordination
- Will assist in documenting corporate processes and procedures across all departments. Will use this material in training to ensure company standards are being met across the organization.

**Education & Work Experience**

Completion of college diploma or equivalent education in Marketing and Communications and/or 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

**Competencies and Skills**
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- A creative mindset to design training documents on word and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage project deliverables
- Customer service focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills/efficient vocabulary
- Organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of the lifecycle of a project
- Able to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects, set schedules, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
- project coordinator: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in BOUCHERVILLE, QC
