**Customer Service Rep - Abbotsford**

Hospital Transfers is the leading provider of non-emergency, patient transfers for medically stable patients throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Using our specially equipped fleet of vehicles, our crews transfer patients via wheelchair and stretcher throughout the healthcare system. Based in Abbotsford, our small, friendly and fast-paced office is looking for a positive, team player to join us as a full time Customer Service Representative.

**Job Description/Responsibilities**

Reporting to your Control Room Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Ensure all calls are answered quickly, efficiently and with world class customer service
- Assist other Telephonists as required depending on call volumes and/or specialization
- Create, modify, record or disseminate information between callers and/or other parties using the equipment, training and/or tools provided by SNT
- Report any issues, concerns or requests to Dispatch as required
- Provide a first point of contact for Hospital staff, patients and their families
- Complete various administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned by SNT

**Hours of Work**

Your hours of work will be Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 to 12:00 and Mondays from 16:00 to 21:00 (4:00 pm to 9:00 pm). However, our service window is 6:00 am to midnight, 7 days per week. We require flexibility in days available and hours available.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to provide a world class customer service experience
- Our Customer Service Representatives direct, guide, liaise and coordinate information between the caller, dispatchers and other parties as required

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, experience in a call center environment an asset
- High attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic and a team player
- Demonstrated experience working independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to multi-task
- Set priorities and work under pressure
- Both doses of the Covid vaccination
