**Duties include**:

- Assume ownership and manage the order process from start to finish
- Work with and support the outside sales reps to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Taking responsibility for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data.
- Assist Account Executive and Business Development Manager with opening opportunities and providing quotes.
- Ensure that all orders are shipped out on time and if not, proactively update the customers and sales team.
- Communicate lead-times to customers.
- Work with the Account Executives to ensure inventory and minimum stocking levels are met.
- Other job-related tasks as assigned.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
