**Job Summary**
LLM Construction Ltd. is a pipeline construction and clearing contracting. We are currently working on multiple year contracts on major infrastructure and pipeline projects. We have an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator. Your major roles will be:
**Responsibilities**
- Compile daily Labour, equipment and material timesheets for submission to clients,
- Compile daily production and cost coding reports,
- Record daily construction meetings and partake in weekly progress meeting as well as present production reporting,
- Coordinately equipment maintenance and material porcurment.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project planning.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct construction estimating to assist in budget preparation and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Past experiense in the pipeline industry working on major projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 72 per week
