Performance Collision is looking for a **Licensed 310B Body Shop Technician** to join their dynamic team

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Diagnosing Problems and Inspecting Vehicles
- Manufacturing Autobody operations
- Car Exterior related repairs
- Perform all work as outlined on the front of the repair order and as authorized on the back, with efficiency and accuracy, and in accordance with company and factory standards.
- Ensure that all work performed is thorough, accurate, and completed in a timely fashion.
- Other Duties as required by management

**What you need to succeed**:

- Must be Licensed Auto Body Technician (310B). Level 3 310B Apprentices may be considered.
- 3+ years experience with auto body repairs.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
- Must be team oriented, hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work overtime when required.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings**

**Job Type**: Full Time - Permanent

**Rate**: $100,000 - $200,000 per year
