The **Licensing Clerk** is responsible for clerk and administrative duties, such as licensing vehicles, planning and supporting office services for the dealership.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

**Job Duties**:

- Handle all the licensing for the dealership; including Retail/Fleet and Leasing.
- Answering phones and greeting customers in the dealership.
- Prepare and organize licensing paperwork and submit to the Ministry of Transportation.
- Create and maintain documentation in vehicle files.
- Journal entry posting.
- Other administrative duties as required.

- Valid G Driver’s License and clean driving record.
