Brampton, Canada Attrell Toyota Full time

Attrell Toyota is looking for an Accounting Clerk who has automotive dealership experience to join their accounting team.

**Experience**:

- Dealership Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (Ignite) Automotive Dealership software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and verifying invoices and requisitions
- Posting Dealer Trades
- Maintain and reconcile relative schedules on a monthly basis.
- Processing on demand cheques
- Post Factory Invoices.
- Assist with other accounting, admin tasks and special projects as required.
- Act as first line contact with vendors regarding billing issues.
- Process cheque run monthly
- Must exercise full discretion and confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.- Reconciling statements
- Ensure that correct payments are received.
- Produce Monthly Accounting reports
- Meet Month end close deadlines.
- Participate and complete the Cross training of all relative accounting duties within the department.
- Assist in other accounting duties as required

Salary may vary based on experience and would be discussed.
