Join us as the ROBINSON SUPPLY Regional Sales Manager for Alberta and play a key role in driving regional growth while strengthening relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
**What you will do**:
- Lead Alberta’s outside sales team to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Identify key market opportunities and implement data-driven sales strategies.
- Expand market share by acquiring new customers and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and competitive quotations.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching.
- Oversee sales reporting, administration, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets, strategically control expenses, and optimize resources to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align pricing, inventory, marketing, HR, finance, and operations with sales strategies.
- Champion the ROBINSON SUPPLY Safety Program, coaching employees on best practices.
**About you**:
- You bring 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a wholesale environment.
- Proven record of driving revenue growth, executing strategic sales plans, and exceeding targets in related wholesale or B2B environments.
- Experience recruiting, training, and leading high-performing sales teams with a strong coaching mindset.
- Skilled in building lasting customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and staying ahead of market trends.
- A natural relationship builder who fosters a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to maximize profitability.
- Analytical with the ability to interpret sales data, optimize pricing, and drive competitive positioning.
- Proactive and adaptable in overcoming challenges and delivering measurable success.
