Operations Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Coordinate daily operations and assist in managing workflow across departments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Serve as the first point in the office, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that office supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and enhance customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
