Bookkeeping makes up 1/3 of our complete service offering to our clients and we are looking for a Bookkeeping Lead to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Quality Control reviews on client files
- Oversee and ensure clients are tax-compliant
- Provide guidance to team members
- Work with the onboarding team to ensure clients are smoothly onboarded.
- Payroll experience and the ability to support team members

**Job Qualifications**:

- Confidence & Knowledge when speaking with clients
- 4+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- 2+ years actively working with QBO
- Extreme attention to detail
- Unparalleled confidentiality and thoroughness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Fluency in English is required.)
- High comfort level / aptitude for learning new technology

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
