**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, and other employment and labor laws.
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict management to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support training & development initiatives for staff.
- Lead organizational design efforts to optimize workforce effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitate communication across departments to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
- Proficient in employment & labor law, including OSHA regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills for resolving conflicts and managing contracts.
- Proven experience in talent management, including recruiting and succession planning.
- Ability to supervise teams effectively while promoting a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in program management.
- Strong communication skills for presentations and interpersonal interactions at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with various HR technologies - Ceridian, Dayforce, ERP for efficient HR operations.
- Competence in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
