**Operations Supervisor - Wooden Pallet Manufacturing**

Advance Lumber & Pallet is actively seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor for our wooden pallet manufacturing plant in **Calgary, AB.**. This pivotal role involves overseeing the complete manufacturing process from initial order reception to final product dispatch. The Operations Supervisor will work closely under the supervision of the Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of all manufacturing activities. This includes direct involvement in the production line, quality control, materials handling, and team management to meet our high standards of efficiency and product quality.

**Key responsibilities**:
Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process of wooden pallets, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Operate and manage the safe use of forklifts and other machinery for the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.Implement and monitor strict quality control checks to ensure all pallets meet our quality standards and customer specifications.Efficiently manage and direct plant employees, assigning tasks, and optimizing workflow for maximum productivity and employee engagement.Maintain organization of the manufacturing floor, ensuring optimal arrangement of raw materials and finished goods for easy access and workflow efficiency.Execute accurate and timely completion of all inbound and outbound paperwork, maintaining comprehensive records of operations.Collaborate with the Manager to identify and implement operational improvements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high standard of workplace safety and compliance.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
