Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in various outdoor projects. If you have a passion for outdoor building, strong leadership skills, and expertise in all things landscaping, we want to hear from you Excavator operating experience a huge bonus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team in daily operations
- Plan and execute landscape projects, including but not limited to grading, hardscape construction and simple framing
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
- Provide guidance and training to team members on proper landscaping techniques
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials needed for projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Experience in building hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their installation and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects
- Excavator operating experience a huge bonus
