**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the company owner and foreman to understand and execute maintenance route and requirements at each property.
- Address any issues or deficiencies of quality control promptly and effectively.

**Leadership**:

- Provide guidance and support to junior crew members, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

**Softscape Installation**:

- Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and other landscaping elements.
- Ensure proper soil preparation and planting techniques.

**Equipment Operation**:

- Class 5 licence and experience driving a truck and trailer.
- Operate construction equipment, including excavators, loaders, and compactors.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and support other crew members to ensure they are trained on proper safety procedures.

**Client Interaction**:

- Communicate with clients to address any concerns and ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality services.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in landscape maintenance and softscape installations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in operating construction equipment an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Education and Certification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications in construction management or landscaping are a plus).

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
