**Description**:
The** Sales Analyst **will handle and manage the international orders and shipments with customers, vendors, forwarders, outside sales teams, and internal teams. This position will generate and analyze inventory reports, sales reports, and shipment reports to monitor inventory and AR statements. They will be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes. This position reports to the Director of NA Consumer Sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with customers, forwarders, outside sales teams, and internal teams for all orders & shipment related matters
- Manage internal budgeting, promotional funding models, and 3P reporting tools
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams
- Communicate with customer purchasing teams
- Present analysis to internal teams
- Coordinate with marketing to setup items in customer systems
- Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery
- Examine customer inventory report to make sure outside sale can support customer at right price and at the right timing
- Analyze, verify, and process credit notes between customer and vendors

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years’ similar work experience, in computer-related industry an asset
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central Portal & Salesforce is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM
- Ability to analyze order/shipment reports, inventory reports, and sell-out reports
- Effective problem-solving skills concerning logistics and customs issues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
