RBG Security is looking for a highly motivated individual for a full time Mobile Patrol Supervisor position who is experienced, team-oriented and customer service orientated. A Mobile Patrol Supervisor is the first point of contact to field personnel and clients, and are responsible for critical incident response, field training, and coaching.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Conducting investigations
- Issue parking violations
- Knowledge of the Client’s Site Operations
- Driving for extended periods
- Scheduling and Logistics Support
- Delivery of Uniforms and Supplies
- Spot checks
- Grounding at sites if required
- Provide direction to guards for appropriate action
- Assist Emergency Services (Police, Fire, Ambulance) when necessary.
- Take comprehensive statements/notes that contain all details relevant to the incident being attended to and ensure they are in accordance with the policies and procedures.
- Assist security personnel with the completion of SORs and approve them as required
- Be the first point of contact for all after hours emergencies and inquires
- Assisting on training and evaluate security personnel according to company standards
- Respond to and manage major incidents
- Performance Management and Quality Assurance Checks
- Enforce property rules to maintain the security and safety of the clients and their assets
- Create and adjust staff schedules and fill in shifts as necessary
- Ensure all shift activities/site requirements are completed
- Supervision of security personnel
- Responsible for scheduling time off’s, sick leave, and last-minute requests
- Receiving and handling after-hour emergency calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Review Shift Reports, and ensure memo logs are being completed
- Ensure all security personnel are uniformed according to ministry regulations
- Enforce the Trespass to Property Act

**Minimum requirements**:

- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Good understanding of security concepts and basic principles
- Excellent customer service skill
- Punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must provide clean driving abstract
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- 1 to 3 years security supervisor experience
- 3-5 years of driving experience (must be over 25 years of age)
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, and WSIB protocols

**Licence/Certification**:

- Ontario Security Guard License (required)
- Class G Licence (required)
- First Aid & CPR (level B or higher) certificate

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- security supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
