Allied Universal is seeking Security Professional in Mississauga, Ontario**.**

**Job Title**: Mobile Security Guard

**Location**: Mississauga, ON

**Type**: Full Time

**Pay Rate**: $18.15 per hour

**Shifts**:0700 - 1900 and 1900 - 0700 Continental

**Requirements**:G License, Clean Driver's Abstract and 25 years age or above for insurance purposes.**

**Overview**:
We are seeking responsible and reliable individuals to join our team as Mobile Security Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting mobile patrols outside homeless shelter to ensure the safety and security of the premises. You will be the first line of defense in deterring unwanted individuals from the area and maintaining a safe environment for staff, residents, and the community.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Site Patrolling**: Conduct regular mobile patrols around the exterior of the shelter to monitor for any security threats, disturbances, or unusual activities.
- **Physical Security**: Maintain a visible presence to ensure the safety of shelter staff, residents, and the surrounding area.
- **Incident Reporting**: Document and report incidents accurately, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference and analysis.
- **Threat Assessment**: Evaluate situations to determine the level of risk and recommend appropriate responses.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security across all operations.
- **Emergency Response**: Act swiftly in emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate logs of incidents, inspections, and other relevant documentation for compliance and review.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-2 years of experience working in mobile security
- Must have a valid** Ontario Security License.**:

- Must be at least **25 years old** or above for insurance purposes
- Must have valid **G license and clean driving abstract**:

- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to **40 hours a week.**:

- First Aid and CPR
